 LUNCHEON MEETINGS are held on the third Tuesday each month (excluding December, July and August) at 11:30 check-in, 11:45 greeting, announcements, reports and lunch served at Noon at The Paddock Restaurant, in Club at LongLeaf for a $12 cost. Must be paid by check payable to LWVMC.

» Tuesday, June 19th – Annual Meeting Plan to attend and hear about all our accomplishments!

» Tuesday, August 7th – Board Retreat at Little River Golf and Country Club, 9:30 to 2:00. All members are welcome to attend. Continental breakfast and lunch. Call President Jo Nicholas at 673-3604 for further information.

LUNCHEON RESERVATION POLICY. Members should respond to their Telephone Tree caller. If you did not receive a call or you are not currently a member, please contact committee chair Darlene Horton at 695-1378 by the Sunday prior. Contact Darlene if you would like to assist with calling members.

If an emergency arises and you are unable to attend, you may cancel by the Sunday before by calling our Hospitality Chair Charlotte Gallagher at 941-9611. If you do not cancel or do not attend, the league is charged by the Paddock Restaurant. Our Treasurer Mary Anne Bird will send you a bill for the $12 owed.
