BOARD AND  LUNCHEON MEETINGS

Our membership luncheon meetings are held at Table on the Green at Midland CC on the third Tuesday each month (excluding December, July and August) at 11:30 check-in, 11:45 greeting, announcements and reports with lunch served at noon.

The luncheon cost is $12 and  payable by check only to LWVMC. Please have your check written prior to your arrival to expedite the check-in process for all.

You will be contacted by telephone or email prior to the meeting.   If you are not contacted by the Friday before meeting, contact Charlotte Gallagher at 944-9611 to make your reservation.

The restaurant charges the League for ALL luncheon reservations. If you need to cancel, please contact Charlotte by 12 noon on the Saturday prior to the meeting. If you cancel after Saturday noon, please send in your check for $12 or you will be billed for that amount.

The Board of Directors meet on the first Tuesday of the Month at the First Bank Meeting Room, Southern Pines unless otherwise noted.  The Board meetings begin promptly at 9:30 AM and all League meembers are welcome to attend.  The Board meeting schedules is as follows:
