Disagree Better: Transforming Conflict to Better Dialogue
Camille Warren is a seasoned social scientist, strategist, and capacity builder with nearly two decades of experience conducting mixed and multi-method research and evaluation studies and facilitating change towards more compassionate systems in the education and nonprofit sectors. Her professional journey is characterized by a steadfast dedication to dismantling structural inequality with a particular focus on race and gender dynamics. Having led research and evaluation activities at four institutions, Camille's approach embodies democratic, liberatory designs that prioritize collaboration, inclusion, and the amplification of multiple perspectives. She spent six years co-facilitating transformative systems change in educational agencies across seven Midwestern states and has held research and instructional roles at Duke University, Indiana University, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Camille's academic journey includes a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
